アメリカ産長綿を空気紡績機で、敢えて極太番手に紡績した糸を使用しております。

糸にかかる撚りをランダムにかけることで表面に凹凸を作りました。
太番手なのでニットウェアに使用できるような太さですが、逆にカットソー生地用の機械で限界まで度詰にすることでニットの機械では出せない程しっかりとした、まるで砂壁のような表面の生地に仕上がりました。

その生地を使用し身幅のゆったりとしたモックネックの半袖Teeを作りました。
インナーを拾わない厚みがあり、でも袖丈を短くすることでスッキリと清々しい印象の半袖Teeです。
